Reports.htm is provided as a skeletal html framework for browsing html reports
generated using the PC Utilities along with the sample reports.bat file provided. 

Select 'View / Source' in your browser when pointed at reports.htm and save the
source of the sample html file to your local disk. Now run reports.bat to generate
some real html reports, and then use the html you just saved locally to view the
results.
